Are the reservations you show on the website confirmed reservations?
Yes the reservations that are displayed are reservations that have been booked and confirmed by our staff.
What cities/areas do you cover?
Currently we offer reservations in NYC and the Hamptons.
Do I need to be a member to acquire a reservation?
Yes our service is for people who have joined as members.
Do I need to call you or can I cancel directly from the website?
No need to call or email, simply log into your account go to My reservations and simply click on CANCEL next to the reservation you wish to cancel. A confirmation of your cancellation will pop up on the screen for you to confirm , click yes and you are done. The credit will take place automatically. After 2Pm the same day , the member is responsible to cancel his reservation.
How much do you charge for requests that have been secured?
A fixed USD 45 dollar price is applied for all "on demand" requested reservations. The fee will only be charged if the reservation has been secured. Remember that each member earns a number of free requests. Learn more
Under what name will the reservation I purchased be?
Depending on the restaurant, the reservation you are acquiring may be under a different name than yours. If the restaurant allows a name change you will recieve an email notifying this name change.
How do i find all the reservations in the site for a specific date?
Just click on the calendar to choose the date and then click search.
How do I find all reservations for a specific restaurant, or a specific cuisine?
Simply type in the name of the restaurant or cuisine you are looking for and click on search tables.
